An immersive community workshop (we like to call it playscape!) - that combines meditation, a journaling prompt, somatic connection activities with pounds of confetti and a confetti portrait at the end. This joy practice gives you the space to slow down, let go, and reconnect to yourself and the gift of life by prioritizing play as a form of self-care and community-care.
